About Us

Christine Kleinheksel

With over 30 years of experience in social work and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Michigan,  I have dedicated my career to supporting people through life's many transitions.  My personal experience helping my parents downsize from their home of 26 years to an independent living community sparked a passion for senior move management.  That process was filled with tenderness and laughter-we relived memories as we sorted through treasures, found creative ways to repurpose belongings, and honored the stories each item carried.  Gentle humor helped us through difficult moments, and the experience deepened our relationship while showing me the importance of patience, dignity, and care in times of change.

I bring that same compassion and creativity to every client, helping seniors downsize, navigate a move, and feel settled in their new home.  My goal is to make what can be a challenging transition into an opportunity for renewal, ensuring each person feels supported, respected, and ready to embrace the next chapter of life with peace of mind.

Nancy Crawford

From a young age, I discovered a deep joy in helping people feel cared for and understood. That passion first led me to become a 1st grade teacher, and later, a full-time mom to my three children. As my kids grew, I began searching for a new sense of purpose and was drawn to the world of senior care and advocacy.

For the past decade, I have had the privilege of walking alongside seniors and their families through some of life’s most challenging transitions. Whether I am coordinating care, guiding families through difficult conversations, or helping someone move from a longtime home into a more manageable space, my goal is always the same: to make people feel seen, valued, and supported.

I bring both organization and creativity to this work, balancing the details of schedules and logistics with the human side of care. I thrive on connecting with seniors and their adult children, listening carefully to their hopes and worries, and finding solutions that bring comfort, dignity, and peace of mind. I’ve discovered that even the hardest transitions can hold unexpected moments of joy—and I love helping families uncover them.
